Zepbound® is a commercial brand-name prescription medication that may be used for chronic weight management when clinically appropriate.
Semaglutide Option
Wegovy® is a commercial brand-name prescription medication that may be used for chronic weight management when clinically appropriate.

Medication Cost & Pharmacy Pricing
East Coast IV’s medical weight loss program fee does not include the cost of prescription medication. If prescribed, medications such as Ozempic® or Zepbound® are paid directly to the pharmacy by the patient.
