SMS/MMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS/MMS Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in East Coast IV's SMS/MMS messaging program ("Program"). By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from East Coast IV, LLC ("we," "us," or "East Coast IV"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in or participate in the Program.

1. Description of SMS Use Cases

The Program allows you to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from East Coast IV related to our products, services, promotions, special offers, updates, account notifications, customer service responses, and other relevant communications. This may include informational messages, promotional content, appointment reminders (if applicable), and responses to your inquiries. Message types and content are based on your interactions, preferences, and our business needs.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is not fixed. You may receive messages periodically based on your engagement, account activity, events, promotions, or other triggers. Frequency could range from several per week to fewer, depending on circumstances. We do not guarantee a specific number of messages.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received as part of the Program. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your carrier for details on applicable rates. East Coast IV is not responsible for any such charges.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from East Coast IV at any time. To opt out:

• Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message indicating you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages (except for a one-time confirmation if required).

Carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in the Program is subject to the capabilities and limitations of your mobile carrier's network. We are not responsible for any failure, delay, or error in message delivery due to carrier issues, network problems, device compatibility, or other factors beyond our control.

The Program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send SMS/MMS messages to individuals under 18. If we learn that a participant is under 18, we will promptly delete their information and cease communications.

Your participation in the Program is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information (including phone numbers and message data). These Terms supplement (and do not replace) the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Program, legal requirements, or our practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
