Appointments are confirmed upon booking. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. East Coast IV reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion, and will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible when doing so.
For mobile services, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible location for treatment. We reserve the right to decline service at any location that poses a safety risk to our staff.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not accept insurance for most services; however, we can provide documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement where applicable.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of East Coast IV management.
Prior to receiving any treatment, you may be required to complete a health screening questionnaire and provide informed consent. You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and health conditions. Failure to disclose accurate information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. East Coast IV is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health information.
